During my stay at Hotel Kavun, I was pleasantly surprised by the affordability of the room. For just €75, the room exceeded my expectations. It was small but very clean and well-maintained. The bathroom was also clean and a decent size. The staff were friendly and kind, providing excellent service. The hotel's location was convenient, being close to the train station, making it easy to explore the city. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the room had a fridge and sink, which was helpful as I had my 12-month old with me. Although there were a few minor drawbacks like the TV occasionally acting up and having to check-in at a different hotel across the street, it was not a major issue.

The location of this place is fantastic, in a neighborhood that might not be the most comfortable.

The staff were super friendly and efficient. Good value for money room with kitchen and big screen, ideal for our purposes. Our location was magnificent and comfortable, walk from the central station. Had a perfectly pleasant stay for 3 nights & would love to stay here again.

Very friendly staff, excellent services, and marvellous location close to Central railway station and public transport, u Bahn and train station and Near to several Turkish restaurants. Exceptionally nice breakfast, variety of meals. With early check-in and late check-out, this hotel was ideal. Everything good. What a perfect 10/10 stay, nothing too much trouble.

The breakfast here is good and the rooms are a nice size with amenities like air conditioning and comfortable beds.

Comfort at its finest! the rooms were new and cozy, providing a comfortable stay during my business trip. the bed was absolutely heavenly, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day. Plus, the location couldn't be better , conveniently close to the main train station and within walking distance of local points of interest. But wait, there's more! the staff was always polite and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. the cherry on top was the free wifi in the room, allowing me to stay connected and get work done. a comfortable and convenient experience. there were a couple of downsides. it was a bit inconvenient to go to another hotel across the street for check, in and breakfast. It would have been nice to have these facilities within the hotel itself. I found it disappointing that there were no tea, making equipment or kettle in the room. A small touch that would have made a big difference.

This place is in a fantastic location, close to the central station, the Turkish quarter, Oktoberfest, and just two blocks away.

Hotel Kavun in Munich is my first choice, it's clean with friendly staff. the location is super comfy, close to everything. Plus, only a 15-minute walk to an archaeological museum and a U-bahn station. Easy access to the Marienplatz and a big Christmas market. Breakfast offers plenty of affordable food options.

We really got great value for our money at Kavun. The room was a spacious studio with cooking facilities, perfect for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the central train station. The staff treated us well, making our experience enjoyable.

More variety in the food for breakfast would have been nice.
